This is a set of fruity candied Nanko-Ume, "RUBIA" and a plum syrup.
Ripe Nanko-Ume are used for both of the products and the only ingredients besides
the plums are sugar and apple vinegar,
no additives or preservatives are used.
Also, apple vinegar is naturally fermented without using yeast.
The syrup can be mixed with water to make plum juice,
or it can be mixed with alcohol such as Sake, Shochu, and Umeshu.
It will be a delicious addition to the deserts or ice cream if you pour the syrup over.
