This is a junmaidaiginjyo used 100% of "yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo prefecture" which is a suitable rice to brew sake. They are milled to seimai buai 50% for use, and brewed carefully by a "tanbatoji" which is one of the three greatest sake brewery groups in Japan, using their traditional technique.
Yeasts brewed more gorgeous bouquet among the original yeasts of Hakutsuru sake is used, it is slowly fermented at suitable low temperature to make daiginjo. Enjoy its gorgeous bouquet and elegant and rich flavor. It will be a great gift for people you care, and for any occasions like celebrations.
